1. Project-Based Services

Any service we provide is non-refundable once the service has started. If a cancellation is requested before the project begins, we will process a full refund within 7 working days.

2. Ongoing or Subscription Services

Ongoing services (such as maintenance or hosting) can be canceled by providing written notice. However, payments already made are non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to provide timely feedback, approvals, and required content. Delays in providing information may not qualify for cancellation or refund claims.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, such as service delivery failures on our part, refunds may be considered after review.
