Projects usually require an advance payment before work begins. The balance is due on delivery or as per agreed milestones. Fees for hosting, domains, or third-party tools are paid by the client.
All designs, code, and materials remain the property of WebCreatic until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding reusable tools, frameworks, or open‑source components.
Minor revisions are included as per the project scope. Major changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
We do our best to deliver high‑quality websites, but we are not responsible for indirect losses, downtime, or issues caused by third‑party services like hosting or plugins.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
